I worked at Royal Holloway, University of London and then moved to Balliol College, Oxford, where I was Fellow and Tutor in History. I'm now at Lyndal Roper was one of our panellists for this discussion event on Wednesday 3 February, which explored the full spectrum of gender equality in Oxford and how it has evolved since women were first admitted to Merton College.
